Since my last shout out the most popular take up has been for 1:1 private classes or Coaching – both are live online via Zoom and can be arranged at a time and day that suits you. They are also both still available at the amazing lockdown price of only £16 for the hour (includes transaction fee so no more to pay on top) and your live session is recorded so you receive the recording to watch/listen to again at any further time. Other than the 1:1 live option there are lots of easy to download, self paced exercises, tutorials and classes in the online store with prices starting at only £3 for an exercise, £10 for a 40 minute tutorial and £40 for an 8 hour course - and the courses include feedback!
